If you act as a contractor or principal contractor, you will require a construction phase health and safety plan for your construction projects. You can find templates for these on the HSE website and also CITB. These may be suitable and sufficient for smaller projects that are lower risk.
For more complex projects, you will need to ensure that the hazards relevant to the project are addressed in your construction phase plan.
