CDM Coordinator

MSAFE has considerable experience in undertaking the role of CDM Coordinator and previously (Planning Supervisor) as required by the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.

We have developed a reputation for understanding our Client’s needs, the role of the designer whilst offering a professional and informed approach to executing the CDM Coordinator's role. MSAFE is able to demonstrate its competence through each individual's experience on a range of schemes and through membership to professional bodies referenced in the CDM 2007 ACOP. MSAFE have undertaken the CHAS Assessment for CDM Coordinators that demonstrates the organisation is competent and meets the requirements to undertake work as CDM Coordinators (MSAFE CHAS Certificate) commensurate with their experience.

Clients should engage a CDM Coordinator at the earliest opportunity on all projects that are likely to be notifiable (those that are expected to last longer than 30 working days on site or involve more than 500 person days). Please do not hesitate to contact us, to discuss this issue further or review the HSE's guidance on Client's Duties.
