MSAFE Technologies are pleased to announce their recent membership to ATTMA. The Air Tightness Testing and Measurement Association (ATTMA) is a special interest group within The British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT) dealing with air permeability of all building types. MSAFE Technologies are a UKAS accredited organisation that carry out Residential & Commercial Air Tightness Tests in accordance with Building Regulations Approved Document L (2010). With fully qualified Air Tightness Testers & highly calibrated instrumentation, MSAFE adhere to the standards recommended for Air Tightness Testing in the ATTMA Technical Standards.

MSAFE Technologies offer a range of consultancy services allied to the construction industry and built environment. In addition MSAFE offer a construction review service and can provide acoustic design advice for any building from the initial concept stage through to completion. This can assist both client's, architects and contractors.

MSAFE can provide environmental noise surveys (ie PPG24) of the proposed site prior to construction to satisfy planning conditions set by the Local Authority. MSAFE can also establish internal & external noise criteria to ensure the designed building elements ensure compliance with internal noise limits.

A thorough understanding of Building Regulations Part E (2003) allow MSAFE to provide acoustic design advice for separating walls, separating floors, internal walls & communal areas and as a UKAS accredited organisation, MSAFE can carry out pre-completion sound insulation testing, including airborne & impact sound testing (sometimes incorrectly referred to as sound impact testing) to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of Approved Document E (2003).
