MSAFE have been fortunate to act as CDM Coordinator on projects within Poole since 2006. Previous to that the Directors of MSAFE had acted as Planning Supervisor on a large number of schemes in the Poole and Dorset area. MSAFE's CDM Coordinators meet with the requirements of the CDM ACOP and have the necessary experience and qualifications to make them competent to undertake the role. This includes significant experience of the design process and construction together with qualifications in health and safety management and membership of organisations such as APS (Association for Project Safety).

MSAFE have acting as CDM Coordinator for Borough of Poole on school and leisure projects including Lilliput First School, Lilliput and Alexander Park in Parkstone. MSAFE have been CDM Coordinator on large residential projects in Sandbanks, Branksome Woods, Whitecliffe and other prestigious areas of Poole. MSAFE are very familiar with the high end build and specification used in these and similar areas of Poole.

MSAFE are located to the west of Bournemouth, to enable them to easily service schemes in Poole and beyond.
