CDM Coordinator Bournemouth

 

MSAFE have been working as CDM Coordinator's (previously Planning Supervisors) on projects in the Bournemouth area since 2006. MSAFE are one of only a small number of organisations in the Bournemouth area with qualified personnel who meet with the requirements of Appendix 4 of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 Approved Code of Practice. MSAFE holds CHAS Accreditation confirming that they meet with the requirements of the CDM Regulations to act as CDM Coordinators.

MSAFE are located in Bournemouth, strategically positioned to services schemes across the region.

If your construction project is likely to last longer that 30 working days on site or involve more than 500 person days as client you have certain duties under the CDM Regulations and may require a CDM Coordinator. We have worked on domestic, commercial and industrial projects ranging from circa £50k to £5million. Please contact us to discuss your scheme and we can advise on your specific requirements.
