MSAFE Risk Management Limited has been trading since 2006 and offers a full range of services provided by our team of Chartered Safety and Health Practitioners. MSAFE personnel hold post graduate qualifications in health and safety that together with their experience and commitment to Continued Professional Development allow them to be Chartered Members of IOSH (The Chartered Body for Health and Safety Professionals). Individuals are also listed on the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register (OSHCR).

The organisation is committed to demonstrating the competence to meet and exceed the requirements of Appendix 4 of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 Approved Code of Practice - L144 Managing Health and Safety in Construction when acting as CDM Coordinator. The organisation holds CHAS Accreditation of CDM Coordinator Services and individuals acting as CDM Coordinator meet with the requirements of the ACOP.

MSAFE Technologies Limited was established in February 2008 to offer Air Tightness Testing and Sound Insulation Testing Services. Again offering a professional standard of service was paramount and this is demonstrated through our membership to BINDT (British Institute of Non Destructive Testing). In addition to this MSAFE holds UKAS Accreditation for Sound Insulation Testing and Building Air Leakage Testing.

Both MSAFE companies have experienced strong growth since their commencement of trading. Over 90% of all new appointments are from repeat business or referrals.
